Welcome to Autobahn Rent A Car! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and services provided by Autobahn Rent A Car, including but not limited to car rental services.
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old (or the legal driving age in your country) and hold a valid driver’s license to rent a vehicle. Additional age requirements may apply for certain vehicle categories.
2. Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

A valid credit/debit card is required to secure a booking.

Full payment or deposit may be required at the time of booking.

Prices include standard insurance unless otherwise stated.
3. Vehicle Use

The vehicle must only be driven by the person(s) listed in the rental agreement.

Smoking, carrying illegal substances, and transporting hazardous materials are strictly prohibited.

Renter is responsible for returning the vehicle in the same condition it was provided.
4. Insurance & Liability

Standard insurance coverage is included unless otherwise agreed.

The renter is liable for any damages up to the stated insurance excess.

Optional Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) and other add-ons may be available at extra cost.
5. Breakdowns & Accidents

In the event of a breakdown or accident, contact our 24/7 support immediately.

The renter must file a police report within 24 hours in the case of any accident or theft.

Failure to report may void insurance coverage.
6. Privacy Policy
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy to provide our services and comply with legal requirements.
7. Modifications
Autobahn Rent A Car reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or services implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore
